There is a reason for these low moments. We need inspiration. Inspiration is what causes us to go after the goal in the first place. Without inspiration you’re dead in the water.
Because I’m writing non-fiction — more specifically how-to books and eBooks — my books focus on my readers’ problems. In effect, I’m a problem solver. So my real source of inspiration is problems. Which is cool as it goes. But I really can’t start with a question. That would be a case of relying too much on learn new things. So writing a book to solve a problem means I need to pick up the problem at the next stage. And effectively, that’s my source of inspiration.
motivational videos are very helpful in your positive thinking process and your pursuit to be successful. Many people use self-help books or CDs to help them stay on track but motivational videos can be equally as helpful if not more so. Watching videos that will inspire you to be your best and never give up on your dream are great tools to use in conjunction with your positive thinking program.

Self-discipline is not a part of motivation. If you take all the motivation in the world but fail to exercise self-discipline and put action behind it you will fail. Failing is OK if you learn from your failures and change the things that made you fail in the first place. But if your failure if due to a lack of action then it’s not really failure it simply a lack of action. Self-discipline requires you to actually go forward with your goals. Take regular small steps towards your final achievement destination. motivation by itself won’t get you there. The only thing that will make your dreams come true is action.
Likewise, what good to have a match or lighter flaming up, but nothing to feed the fire to keep it going? (Ever read Jack London’s short story, “To Build a Fire”?) Fire with no fuel is fairly useless.
Some people get obsessed with the design and all the nice stuff… They write a few posts and then hit the wall and get the writers block. You know, days and weeks go by without them writing any posts. A fact is, if you don’t create content, people will not find you and you will not be able to build a successful business online.
For dieting, go natural… period. If you want results, and you want results that come quickly and permanently, then natural dieting is the only way to get it. Natural dieting is all about EATING to lose weight (not starving yourself), EATING to boost your metabolism (not decrease it), and EATING to live (not the other way around).
