The Environmental Protection Agency wants you to learn the three “R’s” when it comes to your trash. Those three words are very important if you want to continue living on a clean planet and one that is not overflowing with yesterday’s garbage.
Energy Star products meet the energy specifications of the US DOE, are essentially guaranteed to save the user money, and pay for themselves. Ladies, tell your husbands that you are just trying to save the family money, and you will get that new Energy Star drier without a problem.
However, you can get special pet waste disposal systems, such as the Doggie Dooley, which will safely break down pet wastes with special enzymes. These systems install outdoors and are similar to small compost bins in appearance.
The shelter acknowledges that education is the key. “You can’t kill your way out of a no-kill shelter. You’re going to have to do it on the spay and neuter side,” said Ellen Smyth, Director for Radon Silent Killer.
